Sharing Songs and Setlists

Sharing songs and setlists is useful if you want to:

• Share with other people.
• Have your data on multiple devices.
• Create multiple accounts for you and share common songs between the accounts. For example, if you have a solo project and a band, you can share common songs between the two projects.

Share Your Account with Your Band Members or Other Devices

The easiest way to share is to have one Setlist Helper account and share the account information with your band members. Or if you have multiple devices, you can log in to your account on any device.

The steps for this are simple:

• On your device, go to the Setlist Helper app. On the home page there is a "Log in" button. Tap this and type your account information.
• After entering your log in information, tap Log in. If your log in is successful, the sync will start and it will sync the songs and setlists from your account.

After syncing, your songs and setlists are stored on your device and are available for offline use.

The drawback of this method is that any changes anyone makes will change it for everyone.

Use the Share Button on www.setlisthelper.com

This method is useful if you have some songs in your account that other people do not need to know about. For example, if you have two bands and some songs are played by both bands but others are not. You can also create two accounts for yourself if you want to share between accounts. In the app, you can log into the different accounts.

Share Songs Between One or More Accounts

• Log into your www.setlisthelper.com account on your laptop or desktop computer. Go to the "Song Catalog" tab. Select a song and click the share button.
• Enter the username of the other account you want to share with, then click Share.

This method only allows you to share one song at a time. To share more, follow the directions below.

Share Setlists Between One or More Accounts

• Log into your www.setlisthelper.com account on your laptop or desktop computer. Go to the "Setlist" tab.
• Select a setlist and click the share button.
• Enter the username of the other account you want to share with, then click Share.

This method allows you to share more than one song at a time.
